Psychotherapy will be different for each of us. My priority is to create a space for you to speak about your thoughts and feelings free from judgement. Through the careful discussion of your experiences, we can make better sense of the challenges you face. This process is not always easy but can lead to greater self-understanding and future wellbeing.

My practice is informed by psychoanalytic and existential approaches. This means focusing on the here-and-now, the things we think about ourselves, the past, the future - but also our unconscious motives, bringing to light what has been kept in the dark.

I offer open-ended therapy and am happy to meet weekly, or twice weekly depending on what works for you.

If you are interested in beginning psychotherapy please do get in touch, we can arrange an initial meeting and after that decide if you wish to continue.

Training, qualifications & experience:
I have completed the taught 4-year course in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Guild of Psychotherapists and am working towards full membership of the Guild and UKCP accreditation. I am also a BACP individual member.

Besides my work in private practice, I am an honorary therapist with the Guild of Psychotherapists' low fee clinic offering affordable therapy to members of the local community. I am also a volunteer therapist with the Psychosis Therapy Project.
