WLM Highbury Counselling Centre group therapy open for referrals
WLM HCC is starting a year-long psychotherapy group for adults, and we are open to new client referrals.
Group therapy has a long, proven record as a highly effective and useful form of psychotherapy. It is as helpful as, and in some cases more helpful than, individual therapy particularly when social support and learning about interpersonal relationships are important objectives of treatment.
The group will run on Wednesdays 11:30am to 1:30pm, and clients will first attend a few one-to-one sessions with the group therapist, before joining the group. Fees are agreed according to client's financial circumstances. Details for this full day event (9.00am – 6pm)are being finalised and can be found on the https://aapweb.website/ Tickets will be reserved against your name for one month once the full programme is announced. Tickets for Part 2 will offer an early bird reduction for tickets paid for prior to 15 July 2019 at a cost of £90. After 15 July 2019 tickets will cost £110. A limited number of tickets will be available for trainees/students at a cost of £45.
