In memoriam
The Guild of Psychotherapists welcomes donations in memory of your loved ones, as well as gifts made in place of funeral flowers. Losing someone − a family member, friend or partner − is one of the most difficult experiences to go through.
To those who have honoured the memory of their loved ones with such a gift, we hope it is of some comfort to know that your gifts will help those in distress to come to terms with their own suffering and us to support them as they put their lives back together. In honouring your loved one's life through a gift to our organisation, you have also aided the rehabilitation of those on whom abuse has sometimes been perpetrated.
How to Make In Memoriam Donations
If you would like your family and friends to make donations towards our work instead of buying flowers, you can put this wish in your Will. Alternatively, this can be arranged through the funeral directors.
If you would like to make a donation in memory or in place of flowers, you could give online by clicking the associated link on the right menu. Alternatively, you could send a cheque payable to ‘The Guild of Psychotherapists’ to our address, telling us in whose name the gift is being made. With your consent, the name will be added to our list of current funders and supporters.
You may also support our work by leaving a legacy in your Will. To find out more about this, please click the link ‘Leave a Legacy’ on the right menu.
For any queries or to receive more information about our work, please see the information provided on our website or contact our office. We would be glad to answer any of your questions.
